@Chad Miles- Welcome to the vibrant BP community.One of the tenets in life that served me well so far is to manage from the head and not the heart.With that said the potential tenant is trying to set your expectation because he knows fully well that his credit is an issue.I would look to the next applicant and frankly prefer to have my place empty until the most qualified applicant shows up.Good applicants are like a bus....sometimes you have to wait a while, but, there is always another one coming!
