I recommend a few things:  define what you want to achieve and why investing in the US is the vehicle to achieving that ROI. 

Have faith and keep your attitude right. 

If you do decide to allow an inspection, just keep an eye out for a few things: make sure they’re serious about the purchase and not just fishing for information, and try to get a sense of their intent.

We are looking at purchasing a few homes this way and renting them back to that companies employees, and keeping one or two for airbnbs.
