It takes a special kind of person to put in the work and dedication that it takes to be successful.

I studied every week, and then dedicated several full day sessions before the end of course exam and the state exam.  

There are many resources here, most of them dedicated to REI.  

I am determined to educate myself and grow every day by dedicating my self to learning.

While it can be done, I don't recommend it to anyone because it benefits each party more to have dedicated representation. 

There's been several threads dedicated to Joint Ventures and there'a variety of ways people set them up.

Ideally there should be dedicated entity created to be the owner of the note on record, and you or your 401K entity should be a member or beneficiary in that entity so that you have recourse on the funds and liquidation of the asset to recover your investment, should things go sideways.

However, I still have another year of college to finish up and I'm wondering if it is worth my time and money to invest in something I won't be able to dedicate full-time to starting in the fall.
