Towson is getting a breath of fresh air with the redevelopment of downtown Towson, and I personally believe that Towson will become the center of the entire Baltimore region in the future, simply because Baltimore City will never not be a crime infested hellhole.Anyhow, enlighten me, what say you?

But the only sure thing is that we will continue to get older.This week brought fresh evidence for me, as if I didn't have enough already, that the main question you have to ask is not to decide to do this or not, but whether your spouse is fully on board for going ahead with real estate investing.

Hi @Anthony Heatley, I'm new to the DFW market too but both my business partner and I come from the DMV (DC/MD/VA) area and to us, these prices especially for multi-families, are breath of fresh air. 

From that being said I wanted to get some feedback on my current flip to uncover some possible opportunities that I may have not thought of.
