The ones That are constantly complaining about anything:The rent is too high (but never move out)There is a toxic mold in my house.

I have seen some work magically through forbearance and then fall of the planet post modification.  

I know that this is a very tough and demanding business, but i'm willing to invest my life into it, because of the simple fact " Every person on this planet needs a place to "Stay" A place to "Work" and to "Play"  So if any investors want to connect with me, i have a Strong Marketing and Media background, i currently own a Micro Marketing Firm specializes in printing and Video production.
