Typically a 3-bed would have a larger living space than a 2-bed as you expect more people in the household.

They are both 5 beds and I've had them for years. 

It is a 3 bed 1 bath located in Dallas, Wi. 2900 square feet, built in 1920, 1 car garage, and a beat down shed in back.The house definitely needs some love to up the value of home, but I have the knowledge to do 90% of the work myself for this flip. 

Full bed, full bath, sitting area, living room, and we will be adding a kitchenette.

On the other hand, sometimes it irks me when I book a 5 star rated place and it's disgusting inside and the beds are awful.
