I would be suspicious of anyone who says, "You need to trust me." 

IMO if you had to ask to find out and it wasn't on the SD, that would make me a little more suspicious.

I've purchased 4 REO's this way so I don't blame them for being suspicious.

Brianna and Kevin you sent me the exact same message - suspicious to say the least. 

They thought that this setup was very suspicious as well and recommended a soil sample by a geologist...But they said even then, until the tank is pulled out to be decommissioned, we won't truly know if there is a leak or not.I'm leaning toward erring on the side of caution here...
