Question: As a rental investor, do you look for large PM firms or individuals?

Yup, as an industry it is malleable to be shaped the way and for uses to satisfy individual goals, ambitions, and lifestyles.

It's detached - the city knocked down the home on one side in 2018 and a private individual knocked down the home on the other side in 2022.
