It hasn't been developed in years and the only thing driving development now is the beltline initiative and the new dome for the super bowl.Areas like vine city, English ave, college town etc are all next up for clean up and are good areas to get into if you can carry the property for some time.I've been looking into investing I to the west side for the potential for it to FOLLLOW suit just like Decatur and the Edgewood area.
