Thats not even close and the example I gave would be a "steal" in relation to some of the garbage I see out there.Maybe all the sources I am looking at just have all the stale deals that are out there.

nothing you can do about their data bases, your ssn and your shredder play no part to this epidemic... yes it is the fastest growing crime in the world right now, but less than 25 percent of it is finanacial, and most identity theft protection will only cover financial, and by cover i mean monitor, when the identity is stolen, they will send you a kit that will literally take you hundreds of hours to restore your identity!

The 2nd picture kitchen one I can't really see the kitchen just the kitchen from the living room but the pictures don't scream granite counter and stainless steal- I can barely see most of them.Maybe move the couch a little bit away from the window and add some window trimmings- maybe red to match your pillows - move the black chair from where it is and center that living room table- put a flower arrangement on living room table- maybe clear glass with red flowers to match pillow cases again- doesn't have to be flowers- could be just some little nick nacks on that table- just something intresting- normally if you dont go with flower you can try nick nacks in odd numbers like 3.

This is much simpler, faster, and cheaper if it’s obvious all is lost anyway.3)You can ask for an extension under the identical terms and make payments to the HML using your own money, or that of a new partner, for as reasonably long as it takes to sell or refinance.4) If it looks like things are going well but you simply need more time and don't have any more cash, the HML might agree to convert your loan to accept all interest, points, and principal, when you sell.

Just like any other bank deals you cant get much of a deal that will be considered a steal on a short sale from a bank. they have guidlines they follow and if it makes sense for them to take to REO so they can net more that what they will do. most short sales now these days are trades at FMV or even above that since there can NOT be much of a discount negotiated.

Looked at the pics.I would power wash the sidewalk next to your building as well as the entrance and patio. They are real dirty and you can see algae growing on them. You can rent concrete pressure washer with a high PSI at Lowe's or Home Depot for cheap.Make sure you spend a little higher amount to get the high psi sprayer.Do Not use it on the house but concrete only as damage can occur. The houses use a lower psi sprayer than the concrete ones.I would say you are looking at identity disorder with this property.I get your story about it but what else is around it??
