I had an good employee that made a bad decision. It is always the most trusted employee that have more opportunity to commit theft. Anyway, this guy have been
with us for several years, loved his work and he knew our process of handling business. We were working on a bonus room upstairs and he is downstairs stealing. His purpose for being in the other bedroom was to feed wire from panel box not to take a coin purse. We have zero tolerance on stealing and being misleading. To protect my customers and company, I had no other choice!
