In addition, I am considering changing my furnaces/boilers to have plug-in cords instead of being hard wired so that if there is a power outage in winter that I could power that heating system with a portable power station.

We plan to keep this property long-term as part of our portfolio and look for additional investing opportunities in the future.

Some transport companies have house kats that can get off the road and onto the site for an additional charge or you can hire a third party if the access from the road is limited.

How much are you spending on tax filings, anderson advisors, banking and checking accounts per year?

If you're occupying the vacant unit, what makes you think you can evict either tenant from additional units?

So, the additional cost to them is more negligible.
