You could look into buying an ozone machine.

We know we're green and need help and we know this is an excellent place to get it.We've been crushing through the BP podcasts and Youtube videos to learn as much as possible and have begun setting up our machine (funnels) to help us get our first deal.

They also asked if they could have some stuff that was left by the curb - old TV & broken exercise machine - and I told them to take anything they wanted.

I am also considering coin-op, but the machines are so expensive, and kind of an inconvenience.

Since you don't drive a car looking through the rear view mirror, a list of cities ranked by cumulative returns is only so useful, but then it was fun to play around with regressions, tress, and some machine learning models to see what has driven cumulative returns.

Appreciation has been substantial for a long time for anyone holding 5 years or more except maybe for the 2006-2008 time slot. 

Nothing I’ve ever rented has included a washer / dryer unless it was a complex with coin op machines in a general area.  

As luck would have it, the coin operated washing machine is on its last leg and is about 15 years old.
