I dont know if State Auto services your area, but ive personally had luck with them for their extremely simplified and low rates on home policies

I'm over simplifying here but essentially Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are Government Sponsored Agencies. 

@Romeo Kaado Yes that's what I've been realizing, just kind of simplify it for myself.

I guess another way to over simplify it would be i'm thinking of the monthly payment as two parts: loan repayment  + taxes (forget insurance for now).
