Seasoned investors, and of course anyone that has knowledge in real estate. Can you guys think of as much real estate terminology you guys know. From the basics like hard money lenders, different loans, to different real estate strategy's to actual investing like NOI, cap rates, cash on cash returns. Then what makes a team, meaning accountants, attorneys, syndicators, real estate agents and their functions. I know this is a broad topic, and I don't expect for one person to name them all, although that would be excellent. I expect different people to name different things. If not the same thing with good definitions to help me and others understand these roles and definitions.

Regarding putting together a team, your list was solid. I would also include: lenders, contractors, engineers, expeditors, title companies, and many more.

In fact, if you find yourself a good agent, they can simplify the process by plugging you into their network. This way, you don't have to necessarily form your own team although I would recommend doing your own research on the recommendations.

Best of luck to you moving forward,

Abel
