Bank accounts for each and handling everything separately So, I met with a CPA last week, and the advice she gave me was to create a Holdings LLC and a Property Management LLC in addition to the current 2 property LLC's.  

But overall, classifications are separated by income, schools, and other places of business in the community.

It is a lot harder for everyone today to find deals, which for those investors with grit it is a good thing as it separates the haves from the have nots.

Also, do you think buyers in your area prefer a completely open floor plan, or is there still a demand for some separation between spaces?
