Separate electric meter for ADU
Has anybody done separate electric meters for an ADU. I believe there were some post several years back. Have one of the tenants that is not willing to pay their share because they don't think it's fair. Eviction would be costly and I'd like to keep the Tenant, but at the same time, I'd like a billing company of some sort in the middle that can shut the electricity off if it's not paid. Is this possible?
