They would typically sell for a 5-6% premium at auction, so should I exercise my right of first refusal with the thought that I could re-sell the notes later on if I needed liquidity (and on what market)?

I then reimage, remodel, and resell on the MLS.

Buying a home that's unique in an area that will probably never resell again for any great amount of money and you can see it's hard to finance and you want to do an owner's carry.

And then invest in a second property within the year to resell or rent. 

Currently have 1 closing (re-sell side) in August, 2 currently under rehab, and 5 more under agreement.I'm currently the only employee.

If you close on the transaction and then resell, you are fine.

So I’m new to investing and I’m buying my first mobile home to live in, renovate, then eventually resell (hopefully within a year) what are something’s I should ask before making this purchase?
