Hello Everyone - my name is Michael Dembinski, and I am a retired custom home builder from Pocono Pines, PA. After retirement, I launched investment company Dembinski Homes, LLC which approaches residential home sellers directly to sell their home or land in "as is" condition. I then reimage, remodel, and resell on the MLS. I am only focused on properties in the 18350 Pocono Pines zipcode. Please feel free to contact me should you have any wholesale opportunities.
