I’d think long and hard about this and possibly set up financial parameters for who is responsible.

These properties often come with fewer competitors, less pressure, and the potential for creative financing options.

Just get a second set of sheets for each property so the turnover isn't pending the same sheets going back on the beds.

That was an unusual set of circumstances that was created in response to covid, so it would likely take extenuating circumstances for that to happen again. 

We have numerous who have their payments set up to auto-pay.

If your side could rent for $1,400 then that's what you should pay so you have money to set aside and build a reserve.

DC has its own set of rules—often requiring a Basic Business License with endorsements for specific trades. 

We use it for follow up re-engagement and appointment setting.
