And I hope you’re never faced with AirBNB kicking you off their platform for a misunderstanding.

I want an unbiased, local third party that can verify whether there's truly been some misunderstanding (e.g. he's senile, and/or someone intercepted his mail and forged the sale agreement), and barring those unlikely scenarios, might explain to the Seller the significance of having an executed agreement. 

Too many investors focus on percentages instead of dollars, and they completely misunderstand the difference between "total cost" and the "Cost to the REI". 

Or, am i misunderstanding..The W-9 makes little sense since your daughter isn't going to be an employee.
