For some people, if they have an emotional connection, seeing it rented out and tenants possibly not taking care of it can be tough mentally.

At the moment, I believe the following tasks are NOT delegatable and remain core tasks:-Developing relationships by providing value-Getting smarter through learning, taking action and speaking with people-Being healthy - mental health and physical health through fitness/diet-Casting a vision or strategy for your life and your team's lifeSome tasks I believe can be delegated/systematized:-Finding deals - with help of brokers, wholesalers, marketing-Scheduling -through softwares like calendly-Property management through traditional property managers or digital assistantsThese are just a few that come to mind. 

You have to have the mental resources to accept that you are not always going to be a winner in life.

With all park owned homes, you lose the power of the "homeowner" mentality and essentially have a lower quality apartment with high maintenance requirements, and the tenants can pack up and leave anytime. 

Don't tell them they need to "move out" because mentally that plants a seed of doubt in their mind that they might be homeless, be sure to say they need to find another apartment so there is no doubt that they will be able to do so.

The tenant may have mentally already written it off as a loss, especially if they are used to dealing with dishonest Landlords that keep the entire deposit just because the tenant failed to clean the over.

The fact that he's out there doing landscaping and reporting his income on taxes, PROBABLY means he's not ALSO stacking $100 bills from drug deals, there's no need to do landscaping if you are, and MOST people only have mental/emotional capacity for a single entrepreneurial type thing at a time.Not going to necessarily offer my personal opinion on this new policy, but I don't think it's as crazy as folks think.

This would allow me to move on to my next investment, kind of set and forget mentality.

Just hard work and that rise and shine get r done mentality.
