I would argue this is a bit unfounded but could certainly be steamed off by simply having a disclosure that says the credit information will be shared with the Subject Property owner in the evaluation of whether to lease or rent.

Invest in a Hoover power scrub carpet steam cleaner, it does wonders on carpets when needed and I use it on my waterproof luxury vinyl also.

Buyer has accepted but contract not yet fully executed, as many know the way FNMA works is you make the offer, they give you a verbal acknowledgement, then you have 5 days to "formalize" your offer with their REO addendum, then they turn around and execute the contract.This home has some high end stainless steel kitchen appliances, Supra washer dryer combos (two of them), Dorn Bracht faucets, brand new air conditioning units for outside Gazebos, steam shower body jet roman tub modular units, Miele dishwasher, 48" long SS outside BBQ unit, etc etc etc...and because the home was never 100% finished, some of those appliances were not hooked up or installed, they sort of sat in their space but some still had styrofoam wraps around them or manuals taped over them.So, I listed all those in my contract to purchase, where you typically list included items, like ceiling fans, window treatment blah blah blah.The Listing Agent wiped all that out.

So at this point it was all win win and the project was full steam ahead still. 

Once culverts went in it was full steam ahead.

It sounds like it's time to take a deep breath, gather your thoughts, re-evaluate what you're doing, then move forward FULL STEAM AHEAD!

Basically, I don't think anyone ever vacuumed or steam cleaned the carpets in 10+ years.  

More and more reports come out of the price increases, low supply and so on in the real estate market of large cities across the nation.

In your experience (or opinion), do the smaller cities outside of the larger me...

The carpet was steam cleaned right away, however, it still looked relatively dirty.

The rest are just touch ups if need like paint or really old carpet that can't be steam cleaned anymore.If I find the blog post again I will post link for you.
