Want to dive deeper into multi-state tax strategies for your portfolio?

As I approach my move out strategy where I will be converting my upper unit into a STR, I often think of guest interaction amongst the two units.

You will get some of these as well (This inquiry was for one of my 1500 SF 2 Bed + home office units)..... but by no means does this investment strategy warrant paying for a course.

This is going to vary widely depending on the strategy and real estate asset class.

For those who’ve structured wraparound mortgages, what strategies have you used to avoid triggering the due-on-sale clause?
