Hiring a STR professional typically pays for itself and allows you your time back.

My goal Is to help get items of value/desire back into the 2nd hand market instead of getting just thrown out.

I waited years because I was scared I passed up a lot of houses in 2018 because I was nervous now I look back and realized how foolish I was .

Unfortunately I paid for a year subscription - hopefully i can get it back. 

For example the (first) 1007 comes back and he shares with me he is going to review it with his team and call me...

So I am looking forward to seeing a consolidation in viewership and would like to see a lot of traffic pushed back to YouTube.How do you feel about this?

Like I laid out in those points I’m not gonna pay someone to go to the store 4 times at an hour a piece when they could do it in one trip.

I offered a month’s rent in addition to what was reasonable for loss of use of 7 weeks of garage and 2 weeks of kitchen/bathroom unavailability (adjusted for back rent for unauthorized pet) but no response from tenant other than pursuing legal option unless I share Landlord insurance details.

I'm happy to discuss it further with you (I have appointments this morning, but will be back after lunch) and there are a ton of options now.
