Just wanted to introduce myself.

LVR restrictions on any property that is not your home, very low yields, high building costs, median house price in AKL that is over $850k.No building depreciation, and government that is introducing pro tenants laws... 

I introduced myself as being from Santa Cruz, CA, and looking to invest in Bend Oregon.

@Fabi Bani direct mail letter introducing yourself and follow up phone calls every couple of days until you get to speak to them.

I was first introduced to real estate investing 2 years ago, but was too busy with my small IT company to take it serious.I am now winding down my IT business and looking to focus on REI full-time.I’ve joined a couple of REIA, FB, and MeetUp groups to get the ball rolling.

So, as a Newbie and not knowing any better, I walked over to the owner‘s business and introduced myself.

Member for a few weeks, long time podcast listener...but I have not introduced myself yet.I am Sam Carroll, a general dentist in Yuma Arizona.
