Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Chris, from Belton SC, raised in Greenville. Looking to meet and learn from you guys. Any info I can get is greatly appreciated. I'm looking into buying my first rental. Do any of you have experience in student housing? Looking at a condo in Clemson. Good idea, bad idea?
