For those that want a better glimpse,  try extended vacations in 3rd world countries,  away from tourist hot spots.

You have to understand how closely Huntsville interacts....because Huntsville is centrally located and how all the surrounding areas interact......you can literally go in any direction "out" from Huntsville to where the next hot spot is going to be.... it's growing so fast that the opportunities are expanding......very quickly.   

If the market is bad, they'll sell for a loss.Those that invested wisely will be fine, can ride out the storm without much effort at all, and will be poised to pick up some sweet deals after the smoke clears. also keep in mind 40% of all SFR's in the US have Zero debt.. so there can be hot spots of devaluation and that can come in areas where there was overbuilding primarily.

I researched the same criterias as David but i also researched where the new hot spot migration is for Koreans living in the U.S.

Fishtown is solid now so professionals are expanding to some parts of Port Richmond and I definitely think it's a hot spot for rental properties.

I didn't learn of the shooting until reading about it in the blotter later on.Perhaps you're familiar with the two hotspots I refer to.

We have lived here our entire lives, in multiple areas and are pretty sure we know the hot spots! 

We have hot spots that pop up here and there, ie Conway, NW Arkansas as well as a few others, but for the most part, appreciation is a long game here.
