You need to be networking, finding ways to get on podcasts, speaking at meetups (or hosting), building social media accounts.They need to "like" and "trust" you too.  

This is something to be concerned about for a whole host of reasons.

I am not a guru or a podcast host, just a resource to help you carry out your plan So basically high priced garbage.

I'm on Airbnb, Vrbo, and Houfy, which is like direct booking - no fee to the guest, and a small yearly fee to the host to list.
