As I understood from my attorney, he mentioned, that banks might not be willing to lend to this setup because, at the end of the day if they are lenders, they are taking the risk of lending money and they are not comfortable with this approach because there is no precedence as such of such cases.Can anybody enlighten and elaborate on this?
