If people think they will receive a 5 star review from you, they will be more likely to give you a 5 star review in return.There will always be those people that leave 4 star reviews for no reason, but with good communication and an accurate explanation of the rating system, you can cut down on them.

I would have to investigate the area to make sure it is zoned for what you want to build, make sure that there are no problems with soil and researching the geographic area to give you statistics on what you can expect to profit on your project.
