I’m also pursuing my broker’s license, so I’d like to have some cash reserves when that time comes.

We do have a meeting with a local broker/real estate agent next week but thought it would be best to jump on line and take a look at some local properties and if nothing else practice our valuation process.

I am getting conflicting offer of home owner insurance by one broker and State Farm agent telling me home owner insurance is for primary residence, not for rental property.
