I started with Motivated Sellers.Then went to extreme marketing which was a little better,Then to RealprospectYou can got to my website for more details... on my site do a search for realprospect.It was those duplicate imports that was frustrating with the other two software titles.

If the place is out of shape, then they should help get it back to renting condition.I wouldn't expect someone to get a vacancy filled immediately, but if someone is doing the job, then you shouldn't have the worries that you currently have.I've been through what you're going through and it is VERY frustrating.

I am a Real Estate Agent that specializes in loss mitigation (short sales) in Florida.I think the response that you are witnessing from agents is a blend of frustration and lack of education/skills to deal with what you are asking them to do.In my opinion (and obviously it's biased!)
