Sounds like David was referring to a 401k through his employer but if anybody here is self employed with no full time employees...you owe it to yourself to look into a Solo 401k.

A good, well-established Contr should not need any money in advance....they should have a good cash flow every week to pay their employees and money in the bank to pay their vendors and Subs.Now of course there will be exceptions.

Now, most of these smaller banks may only have 12 employees or so.

Most of my co-workers and other around me here in Tokyo either have their company submit taxes for them as part of their employee package or just file through a TaxAct type of service.

I've done a couple projects and want to gear up to a more steady operation.What size crew do you use to do flips and are they mostly full-time employees or 1099?
