Dumping coffee grounds or grease down the drain, using powdered detergents (both laundry and dish) and flushing feminine hygiene products are killer on your septic system.  

But if the lines weren't thoroughly flushed there could still be water in them.

Unless the appraisal is done by someone who specializes in parks (which is rarely the case) you might as well shred it and flush it down the toilet.

It definitely pays for the time to do this.Retrofit toilets with different valve fillers that reduce the flow by 1.5 gallons per flush. 

Lots of things won't rear their ugly heads until you get just the right rainfall with the dishwasher running and the master bath toilet flushing at the same time.

With only 10% down I get tagged with a higher interest rate, flush PMI down the toilet and have a higher loan amount overall.

Sometimes sellers are full of crap saying this and other times they really are flush with cash.

If these bugs live in the water in the trap, I would think normal use would flush them out as water flows through the drain.
