I know out your way the lawyers just say we can't close but I make them send me the docs so I can review them... its not rocket science or fancy law its pretty easy stuff to understand..

If you need higher levels of technical training for a technical career it is different (sciences, engineering, medicine, etc.).I have a question for you: if you get a somewhat more difficult, but more applicable to RE degree (finance, law, accounting, etc.) - would that degree help you more than spending the additional time it requires on RE-specific activities?

You can always find another contractor to finish the job - kitchen remodeling is not rocket science. 

Most of them will work for fixed base+commission, so I would contact a few marketers and have this discussion.Land development is not rocket science - it happens every day.

It sounds more subjective than a science.
