You would need to find an agent that already prospects and doesn't mind working with distressed properties.If you're looking to buy foreclosures on the MLS, any agent can help you with that, but if you plan to submit 100s of offers electronically, then you'll need to be up front about it and find an agent willing to do that.

@Jeremy Cole, it will depend on your market but in my market the seller is usually the one that pays all the realtor fees unless it's a distressed property or wholesale situation.
