Cold Calling for Investor Friendly sellers
I just bought my first distressed home and now I am looking to find homeowners,in that area, that are looking to sell at a discount. I know bandit signs work but I was wanting to call the neighborhood to see if people would be interested in selling. Does anyone have any feedback/scripts/ideas as to what to say? Wondering if this is even a viable option...
