Have we ever curated realistic expectations that can actually be exceeded as opposed to always sheer disappointment and blaming others?

I was pretty disappointed by that as I figured I’d hit the jackpot if I guessed it right.

Very disappointing. 

I am disappointed the calculator I used may or may not work but more disappointed at the anemic to non existent the customer service/"support is.

During that week, I went to see a fixer upper property and was again disappointed to hear it already had 10 offers in the few days it was on the market (likely cash).

If you expect it to be the be-all-end-all of your marketing efforts, you will be disappointed.  

Open house is great saves you time and disappointment from those who don't show up.

I guess I'm hoping to find out if anyone involved in Indiana real estate knows if it is worth the time and money to take the classes and even apply, or if I would be setting myself up for disappointment.  

Having managed it ourselves we've dealt with so many disappointing contractors and vendors of various types that its hard to imagine finding a good property management company would be easy! 

Responsiveness has been very disappointing, and when I do manage to speak with one, they can't do what I'm asking for.Does anyone have something like this that they would be willing to share with me?
