Just not sure if they will stay 30+ days at a time.When I was working I would travel to various sites to train or teach folks, work on demos etc but I rarely stayed more than 2 weeks at a time.

More often than not, if I'm using my preferred contractor, once our scope of work is agreed upon with the contractor we will order and have delivered to the job site all building materials (lumber/piping/electrical) once demo is complete.

However, the houses on the lots seem to be in such awful condition, it would probably be more efficient to demo the houses and re-build on the lots.
