I am launching 2 construction projects there in the next 90 days.

For my first purchase, I'm mostly interested in something that is near turnkey ready (maybe it needs a coat of paint) so I can learn, build relationships and then launch into more complicated structures such as BRRR. 

I'm hoping it serves as a launching point for more in the area! 

Has anyone else found a successful, systematic approach to launching full time?

I am about to launch the same thing and think that the niche is ripe.

@Andre Kimbrough Before you launch into setting up goals and strategies, think about your WHY of getting into real estate... dig deep in this. 

A home includes a house, condominium, cooperative, mobile home, house trailer, boat, or similar property that has sleeping, cooking, and toilet facilities.But hold up...

Only problem is I love this view and don't want to move. 2 miles to a golf course and 60 second walk to the boat launch. 

Things like product launches and industry conferences are cancelled... those types of events are also deadlines that are backed by public pressure.
