I've torn down 50 mobile homes or more in our market over the years I know most the parks. trucking parking is much better. 10 acre sites. 

Hey Marcus, This is a bit complicated for a bigger pockets forum, but ill give it a go. 

However, now seeing yours as well as other responses here and elsewhere, I have to agree on starting with house hacking, getting that hands on experience myself first before going into something much bigger that has more potential complications. 

Before I purchase an annual package, I was wondering if you all knew of any other sites that do the same as Brighinvestor, but cheaper.  

- I maintain my W2 income job- My wife does the primary amount of work on the STR and logs 150+ hours in a calendar year (I see 100 hours listed in some sites, and 150 in others...)- We file our taxes as joint / married- Her tax deduction benefits from qualifying as a real estate professional from the STR can offset my W2 income. - She can use REPSTRACKER for thisI then of course have a plethora of other questions in terms of book keeping (tracking all purchases etc...) but I will save those for another time unless someone has the best offline resources I can start to learn from? 

if virtually all attendees miss a paid for workshop, there are reasons.As for our travels, we saw 4 mayan sites including Chichen Itza and toba, swam in 3 cenotes, went to swim with turtles but too rough seas for the wife (storm impacts), scuba a Great Wall (advanced dive - 95’ with strong current), many tours of various cities including horse drawn and walking.
