The latest word from the apt manager is that they think their apt will be ready to move back into 2 more days from now.Shouldn't the apt complex management compensate them for each and every night they are out of their apt ?

And I question why would you or that company be eligible for compensation for negotiating something the borrower could easily do themselves.

If they do not claim them you need to auction them or otherwise show that you received fair compensation for anything of value.
