Should we repaint with a neutral color or leave the current one?

I don't really want to be an agent but I still want to go through the motions and get my license just for the education and access to the MLS and those sort of things to eventually start and try to flip homes.

Some colors maybe use more than others, but not better, not worst, not important, nor unimportant. 

What colors sells best?

Seems like too much fluid in motion to keep control of. ie home inspection comes back with something or there is an issue with the survey.

I don't charge for estimates, but I cap all finishes per UOM, it doesn't matter really what type of tile they color as long as it is < $5/sf and if it is more than that, they pay the difference.

The colors on the map correspond to the colors on the meter, high (red)  low (green) etc. 

Now to find someplace else to spend that cash...maybe on a deep fryer or three...Some before pics posted below.Don't have a great pic of the exterior yet; this one was creatively cropped by the seller to avoid the tarp covering a large portion of the roof..Room where the majority of the smoking was done, apparently:So that's the original carpet color...

They also offered to pay for their own painters if they could choose the color(s) & then they upgraded all the outlet plates, the toilet, both bath sink faucets & took back the kitchen backsplash tile we bought & they paid for upgraded tile.

There is then a "judgement foreclosure" back in July again only 2 pages the last line saying the motion/proposed order attached here to:  GRANTED".
