Check the lease laws for CO.

I am considering investing in a duplex in Colorado Springs, CO and/or Austin, Texas. 

I'm hunting down pre-foreclosures to flip (my backyard is in the $250k-$450k+ range), and then putting that cash in a neighborhood in southern CO with lower property values that cash flow.

Co-mingling funds could destroy the LLC.However, as the owner of an LLC, you can put money into the LLC. 

He is based out of Colorado City but manages Snyder, Sweetwater, Big Spring, Colorado City, and just began expanding into Abilene.

Looked at Colorado Springs and a few other places, but fell in love with Raleigh for the trees, access to both mountains and beach, and STR does really well here.
