Those agents have their ego at the expense of the relationship, and there are such agents actively participating in this thread.

Brown, I obviously don't use other registered agents so @Nathan Gesner suggestion is pretty good. 

I have used Appfolio as a leasing agent to put properties up for lease, screen tenants, and rent them out.

I was able to find a great agent and made it happen.

They find an agent that they trust, and that agent and I work together to get the job done.

I work with Steadily as an independent insurance agent and haven't had issues.Did you e-sign your initial application?  

Finding good STR's can be a niche market, so it's a good idea to find an agent that is familiar with STR so they can point you in the right direction for zoning, good markets, etc. 

When investing in high cash-flow markets, I always recommend working with an investor friendly agent so you're able to gain the right insight on the different areas and the risks involved.

Trying to run a successful PMC is difficult but trying to run multiple companies - VR, Annual, cleaning, and landscaping is probably going to give you an aneurism.
