Hi Jim, I just used 21st Century Painting & Roofing for new siding on my rental property in South Austin.

Don't look for the deal of the century.

Land Trusts have been used for centuries.

I also don't prefer century years old single families that are converted into multiple units.

Of course the lender may know (and anyone they sell the info to) and my mortgage amount will be shown on my deed but that doesn’t confirm the price for the public.Or as my teenagers say, “Dad, Privacy is sooo last century!”

We produce TV shows and work with some high profile NFL athletes, and found a commercial building that could really make us stand out, especially when meeting with clients.We found an old mid century modern bank in an area of LA near the new NFL stadium (which opens in 2 yrs) and the place has been meticulously taken care of and it's on a very desirable corner lot.

I totally understand that my first property will most likely not be the deal of the century, which is ok.
