Appreciation on a $100k single family home in a C-D class midwestern neighborhood will not keep up with the rate of inflation.

Not sure what to attribute retail's survival to, especially with a lot of store closures, but the asset class does seem to have staying power.

I looked on their website and couldn't find any cost amount, everything points to the ladder trap (free webinar, followed by free 3hrs class, followed by free weekend class with $$$$ VIP option, followed by $$$$$ enrollment, followed by more $$$$$ for "advanced training/tools/program").And I looked at your profile - "passion for learning.

I'm not a lawyer or attorney, but seeing as how so many have been affected by this, and the amount of bad practices that they're performing, i suggest some of you get together with an attorney, and see if you can go after this company with a class action lawsuit, and see if you can not only drop your remaining charges, but get back at least some of the money you put into it.

The local economy often thrives from the school which is what you want. being from philly, I would avoid schools like Temple, drexel, or close to D class area. 

Is the neighborhood class A-D and is the building class A-D and is building class only based on Age?
