I use batch Skiptracing.

Most people use Propstream to pull lists (of course, you need to curate well using the various filters in PS) and/or they build listing doing Virtual Driving For Dollars using Batch, DealMachine, etc.

We have a ton of great tenants but then you usually end up with 1 or 2 in a batch of a few hundred that just makes you wonder why you do this (or maybe just me).

So, what we did is to wash only bedding sheets and pillow cases for each batch of new guests, and only wash comforters and blankets when necessary.

We recently sold out on a batch of properties there.I used to suffer from "analysis paralysis", but I found that breaking up my goals into tiny pieces helped me to move forward

Batch deposits so that my bank transactions do not have any identifying information to tell me which tenant has paid rent.
