I do not hold any one individual at fault, I believe its part of the system, they are overly busy and have to multi-task quite a bit.

You can hire a leasing agent when you have a vacancy if you don’t feel up to the task, and a bookkeeper to do any work you don’t feel like doing.

PS you want to talk about a cool company to work for.. its off the charts if I was uber smart ( which I am not) I would for sure be trying to get on with that company..it was a combination of being on a cool collage campus and then anti cube .. 

It sounds like everyone is against the shed idea and to outsource this task (easy albeit) because of the opportunity cost essentially.

I get complacent and hire a handyman to do half a dozen small tasks around my property  because I don’t want overwhelmed .. then I get the bill !

@Christal CampbellI have been doing exactly this for quite some time now, answering your question - without a partner - USE a real estate agent , and pay him by the task... they are licensed ... you will get the job done.. and you dont have to partner / marry any one :-) 

Lastly, I have to wonder if the person on the other end is even qualified for such a task.

Hello everyone I’m Patrick and there is a auction coming up this summer for a rv park that is beyond run down about 20 spaces that have pre 90s rvs on them grass is two feet tall gravel road is almost impassable I mean it basically looks like a trailer scrapyard but it is directly next to hwy 35 just off a exit south of dallas anyway I thought since the rv park was so run down people may only value it for land and I could add value to the park by evicting the tenants and rehabbing the park I’m aware of the costs involved in such a task I’m a contractor in the area Never bought at auction though inexperienced in that regard if anyone has input or advice I’d love to hear it thanks
